Refund Policy

At PawsPlayPalace, we want you and your pets to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we are here to help with our refund and return policy.

1. Returns

We accept returns on eligible items within 30 days of the purchase date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused, in the same condition that you received it.
  • In the original packaging.
  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

Certain products, such as perishable goods (e.g., pet food), personalized items, or sale items, are non-returnable.

2. Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved Refunds: If your return is approved, we will process your refund. The refund will be applied to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
  • Partial Refunds: In certain cases (such as items returned that are not in their original condition or are damaged), we may issue a partial refund.

3. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account or credit card statement.
  2. Contact your bank or credit card provider, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

4. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please email us at lukebbosman@gmail.com with details of the issue and proof of damage.

5. Shipping Returns

To return your product, please mail it to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

For exchanges or returns of defective items, we will cover the shipping costs.

6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Perishable items such as pet food, treats, etc.
  • Personalized or custom-made products.
  • Items marked as final sale.
